UNIQUE COCKTAILS THAT WILL BE THE TALK OF YOUR PARTY

DARK & STORMY

2 oz. Aged Dark Rum

1/2 oz. Lime Juice
8 oz. Ginger Beer

Pour rum over ice into a highball glass. Add lime juice. Pour ginger beer and stir. Serve with or without lime wedge for garnish.

*Aged, Dark Rum is preference of gentleman

OLD FASHIONED

3 parts Gin

Dash of Agave Syrup

1/2 parts Soda Water

1/2 parts Tonic

Lime

Mint Leaves 

Cucumber

 

Take 2 lime wedges, 4 cucumber pieces,
3-4 mint leaves in a pint glass. Add your gin (we suggest Hendricks) and Agave. Muddle all these ingredients, then add ice and top with equal parts of soda water and tonic.

 

This is a wonderfully refreshing drink even for the men who shy away from gin!

Manhattan

REVERSED MANHATTAN

2 oz. Sweet Vermouth Blend*

1 oz. Rye Whiskey

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Marasca Cherry

 

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a Marasca cherry.

 

*Sweet vermouth blend: Combine a 750 mL bottle of Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, 19 oz Punt e Mes and 6 oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth. Store in the refrigerator for several weeks

MOJITO

3 parts Gin

Dash of Agave Syrup

1/2 parts Soda Water

1/2 parts Tonic

Lime

Mint Leaves 

Cucumber

 

Take 2 lime wedges, 4 cucumber pieces,
3-4 mint leaves in a pint glass. Add your gin (we suggest Hendricks) and Agave. Muddle all these ingredients, then add ice and top with equal parts of soda water and tonic.

SIDECAR

1 oz. Cognac

1 oz. Orange Liqueur

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 splash Lime Juice

 

Sugar half the rim of a cocktail glass. Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.  Strain into the glass and enjoy!

 

*Fun fact: The Sidecar was a drink invented during WWI

SMOKED ROSEMARY OIL DIRTY MARTINI

2 1/2 oz. dry Gin

1/2 oz. dry Vermouth

1 bar spoon Olive juice

*Smoked Rosemary Olive Oil (few drops)

Garnish with Rosemary sprig & Olive

 

In a mixer glass, add the gin, vermouth, and olive juice to a mixing glass. Add ice to fill the glass 3/4 of the way. Using a bar spoon, mix for 30 seconds. Dump the ice from the drinking glass. With a hawthorn strainer, strain the martini into the chilled glass. Finish with a few drops of the infused oil. Garnish with rosemary sprig and olive.

 

*Smoked Rosemary Oil

1/2 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 stalks Rosemary

Place a glass jar on its side. Place the Rosemary stalks into the jar. Using a lighter, light the rosemary stalks and continue doing this a few times up and down the stalks. Quickly turn the jar right side up and add the olive oil. Let the Rosemary infuse for a couple days.

Thumb-Raining-on-110th-Street-Punt-E-Mes

BUSHWICK MANHATTAN

2 ounces rye, preferably Rittenhouse 

3/4 ounce sweet vermouth, preferably Carpano Antica 

1/4 ounce Luxardo liqueur

1/4 ounce Amer Picon

 

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled

cocktail glass.
